This project started with an extremely dilapidated house, guest house, and accessory structures. All four buildings were rebuilt and remodeled. We wanted to maintain the Country House feel and integrity. This project won the Historic Preservation Award for the Town of Woodside in 2014. Charlie Barnett and Associates was the Architect. Andrea Shaw acted as Designer. Blue Wagon Landscape & Design completed all of the landscaping.
This remodel features a full rearrangement of the existing layout. We blew out a wall to expand and remodel the kitchen, remodeled one bathroom, and added another bathroom to the home. Designed by Elizabeth Nordlinger of Renovation Design (www.renovation-design.com), this home received a true face-lift to update it to modern living standards. Granite and Silestone counters in the kitchen. Custom cabinets throughout. All of this was done with the client living in the home; a specialty of Precision Builders’.
This Project was a complete, down-to-the-studs remodel of a ~2,000SF Condo. The client demanded an aggressive timeline due to the fact that they had sold their other home and would be homeless if this remodel was not done in time. This project had just 7 weeks from demo to move in. Precision Builders completed the project on schedule without sacrificing quality. Everyone involved in the project went the extra mile to get it done. It wasn’t easy, but this serves as an example of what can be achieved with the right team working together toward a common goal.
This condo is built on the 10th floor of one of the most sought after buildings in Palo Alto. Located just a few blocks off University, this is one of the only buildings in the city allowed to be so tall. This project was a complete rebuild of the entire space. Elizabeth Nordlinger of Renovation Design designed this 1,700SF condo. Some modern features with touches of classic design transformed this unit into true high end, high rise living. This was a full remodel of a 2,100SF home. It included a new kitchen plus 2 ½ baths. Custom, Euro-style cabinets in the kitchen, wall mounted faucets in the bathrooms, and a new fireplace brought this home into the 21st Century. The new front door helped this home, originally built in the 1960’s, to feel new and modern. This project was completed in two phases due to the fact that the family of four wanted to stay living in the home throughout the project. Designed by Elizabeth Nordlinger of Renovation Design.
